Team 365 offers a variety of services to its residents because we want you to feel at home!
365 wants you to stay in touch with friends and family. WIFI is provided in all rooms.
365 wants you to stay fit! All our students can park their bicycle - and more importantly keep it safe and dry - in the basement of building B.
365-team is there for you, if needed. We have a Property Manager, a Property Manager Assistant and a handy man available.
365 wants to give you the best option to ace your studies! Whether you like to study individually or together with friends. Both are possible.
365 wants you to be able to wash your clothes close to home and whenever it suits you. Our laundry room can be found in the basement of building C and E.
365 wants to help you keep everything neat and in place. A cleaning service is foreseen twice a week in the communal spaces of buildings E and F.
365 wants you to sit down and relax outside when the weather allows it. A brand new inner court garden has recently been planted for you to enjoy some outdoor space.
365 wants to help you find your way! The nearest train station is "Etterbeek" and is 10 min walking from our site. The nearest bus stops are "Thys" (Bus 95: Wiener/Grand Place) and "cimetière d'Ixelles" (Bus 71: Delta/De Brouckère).
365 wants you to feel safe! Our whole residence is secured with cameras, magnetic keys and fire safety. And we also have a partnership with an external security firm called G4S.
365 consists of 6 buildings, building A to building F. In building D, you will find 365's office where our team is located. At your first visit, we will give you a tour, so you can discover 365 with your own eyes. It looks rather complex on a map, but it is in fact very easy to find your way in our residence.
